DAY 1: Marrakech – Atlas Mountains – Ouarzazate – Draa Valley – Merzouga Desert

Your 2-day desert adventure begins at 7 a.m. with a pick-up from your accommodation in Marrakech. From there, we’ll embark on a scenic drive, crossing the breathtaking High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260m). Along the way, we’ll pass through Ouarzazate, known as the “Gateway to the Desert,” before continuing through the Saghro Mountains and the lush Draa Valley. Here, you’ll see endless palm groves and traditional Berber villages like Agdez, Nkoub, and Alnif.

As we approach the mesmerizing Erg Chebbi Dunes in Merzouga, you’ll be captivated by the stunning landscapes of the Tafilalet palm grove. Upon arrival, you’ll have time to freshen up and prepare for an unforgettable camel ride across the golden dunes.
